April Woods did a FANTASTIC job selling our house. We had a house that needed work but April worked tirelessly to clean it up, get it in selling shape, get it on the market, and get it sold. We had some hiccups along the way (through no fault of April) but she rocked it the entire time and got us to closing. Buying/selling a house is so incredibly stressful but April helps make that stress just a little bit better. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She will work hard for you!

From the first time we spoke on the phone and discussed our wish list, it was less than 30 days from the initial phone call to the date we closed on our dream home. April was was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the house hunting and selling processes. She was very responsive, flexible, and willing to visit and/or contact all of the potential properties my family and I were interested in. Additionally, she was careful to walk through the contract piece of the sale of our current home. To put this in perspective, we looked at several properties over a period of a couple of a months, due to the volatility of the current housing market. She was patient and understanding of the situation, and was always willing to meet with us when an intriguing piece of property became available.

April was awesome from start to finish. She kept us informed of what was being done, what we needed to do and provided excellent insight in to every aspect of the offers, inspection requirements and closing requirements to complete this sale in a efficient and timely manner. Perfect professional!!
